Terry White Chemmart forged a partnership with Hola Health, a prominent telehealth provider, enabling on-demand GP appointments. This collaboration extends the customer-centric approach by seamlessly integrating the Health Engine booking platform, the TerryWhite Chemmart website, and the myTWC app, forming an integrated platform for customers to access diverse health services through its CareClinic program. TerryWhite Chemmart has partnered with DoorDash to introduce a two-hour delivery service across nearly 400 pharmacies in its network.
Nick Munroe, Executive General Manager, emphasised the brand's commitment to simplifying healthcare for customers and highlighted the operational efficiencies these innovations bring to the pharmacy network. “Our commitment is to provide comprehensive health care tailored to the needs of our customers.
